Programs that Work
The PPN site features summaries of programs and practices that are proven to improve outcomes for children. All programs have been reviewed for quality and to ensure that they have evidence of positive effects.
Programs are assigned to one of three evidence level categories (Proven, Promising, or Other Reviewed Programs) according to a number of evidence criteria.

Proven and Promising Programs
Programs are assigned either a Proven or a Promising rating, depending on whether they have met PPN's evidence criteria.
Other Reviewed Programs
Some programs are identified as Other Reviewed Programs. These programs have not undergone a full review by PPN, but evidence of their effectiveness has been reviewed by one or more credible organizations using standards similar to PPN's evidence criteria.
