Program Overview

The SCARE Program is an anger and aggression management program designed to teach children and adolescents about emotions, to help them recognize alternatives to violent behavior, and to not respond aggressively when involved in provocative situations. The program was originally developed for young adolescents as previous research showed this was a critical developmental period to address violence and aggression.
