Program Overview

Project EX is an eight-session school-based smoking cessation program for adolescents. The program operates through clinic groups of 8 to 15 students. Program sessions involve a variety of activities and to teach students strategies for coping with stress, dealing with nicotine withdrawal, and avoiding relapses, such as games and teaching techniques for self-control and mood management.
