Program Overview

Arthur is a book-based educational television program that consists of two stories involving characters dealing with moral issues in each show. The program is intended for children ages 4 to 8, and has been used as a listening comprehension and language development tool for English language learning students.

The Arthur program has not yet been thoroughly reviewed by PPN, but preliminary review suggests it may be effective at improving outcomes for the indicators listed above.
