Dr. Elizabeth McGlynn, Associate Director for RAND Health, RAND Corporation


Beth McGlynn is an Associate Director for RAND Health and holds the RAND Chair in Health Care Quality. Dr. McGlynn is an internationally recognized expert on assessing and reporting on quality of care, and her research has received widespread attention from the media and from high ranking decisionmakers in both the private and public sectors. A member of the Institute of Medicine, she regularly contributes her expertise on a number of national health committees, and serves as a reviewer or editor for leading journals.
