Elaine Cunningham, Tax and Benefit Outreach Director for the Children's Defense Fund Minnesota, has spent more than 20 years in the community and public relations fields focusing primarily on health care. She holds a journalism degree from the University of Minnesota and has worked for the University of Minnesota Medical School, St. Joseph's Hospital and the United Way of Minneapolis.
